Open the bag, fix the filter on the cup, pour 30ml of water for pre-wet and wait 30 seconds, then continue pouring gradually until 180–220ml within 2–3 minutes.

2. Do I need special equipment?

No, the bags are designed to fit directly on the cup and require no extra tools.

3. How many bags are in the pack?

Each pack contains 5 bags (15g per bag).

4. How does the coffee taste?

Limmu Kempti coffee from Western Ethiopia, anaerobic processed, medium roast, balanced with notes of blueberry, kiwi, and watermelon.

5. Can I return or exchange the product?

Yes, within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original condition. If there’s an error or defect, Ejaf covers all costs.

6. When will my order arrive?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days within Saudi Arabia, depending on the courier.
